The place is right next to a busy road, so it's a bit loud. It's surrounded by a field. You're not allowed to barbecue here. Breakfast is included in the price, but it's light - there's a lot of lettuce, sausage, egg, and a hot drink. They only serve breakfast until 11:00 AM, so if you sleep in like we did, you miss it. The price for a separate two-story house is 2400 UAH per day, and that's in September. Alternatively, you can get a room for 1200 UAH. I think it's too expensive. The house is very clean. The good things are the bed linens and the comfortable places to sleep. The mattresses and pillows are new, orthopedic, and of high quality. There's nothing within walking distance, but you can take a taxi to Bucha for 80 UAH on average.

It's not easy to check in and the sign from the road is hard to see. The place is clean but there's not much shade. They have two swimming pools and rooms.

Great hotel? And great service?

This isn't a quiet place to stay, especially if you're with kids. Every night, there were loud weddings and drunk guests causing a ruckus till morning. The hotel staff didn't do anything about the noise. They claim the hotel and the restaurant are separate. The hotel is also in a noisy area, with highways on both sides and a gas station nearby. There's no natural surroundings either. The rooms weren't cleaned and we had to ask for toilet paper and to get the trash taken out. The pool waiters also needed constant reminders to bring the bill.

I have mixed feelings because I think they need more trained employees.

We went on a holiday for 4 days, from Monday to Friday. On the first day, the place was really packed (almost all the sunbeds were taken) but the waiters found us quickly and our food was ready in less than 45 minutes. The food was really good, especially the mushroom dishes and pasta carbonara. The staff were very helpful and did their best to make us comfortable. The hookah was good too, with a decent selection of tobaccos and flavors, and reasonably priced. The place was small but very tidy. The only downside was that it was close to a highway, which was a problem if you stayed overnight. It might not be a big issue for many, but I found it hard to sleep with the windows open because of the noise.

Nice, comfy spot! The people working there are nice and the food is good. It's a perfect spot for summer because they have a big pool with places to lay down and sunbathe. I would suggest it. We'll definitely visit again ;)))

I only used the pool, didn't stay overnight. It was crowded during the weekend and the sunbeds were too close together. People were smoking near me even though there was a no smoking sign. The waiters were busy. The pool water was very cold. I was surprised to see blue towels drying near the children's play area. I won't be going back. The place is near a busy road and there's a gas station right behind it.

I spent two days at the hotel with my friends. The hotel was clean and pleasant. Our room was great. The service was also top-notch, especially from a waitress named Olya. She was very friendly and took good care of us for two days.

On the downside, the rooms in the main building that face the road were really noisy. You could really sense how close the highway was. Also, the pool water was quite cold in August, around 21 degrees. This was too cold for me, but it might be okay for others.

The costs are really high. It would cost less to take a flight to the Sinai Peninsula.

If you're looking to escape from the city's noise and rush, this is the place. I stayed here over the weekend with my family. The food is really good and high quality. The workers are helpful. The room is neat and comfortable. The pool is awesome. It's a good deal for the price. I suggest you try it.

The swimming pool is nice. But the shower is really cold, making it hard for kids to rinse off after swimming. The bar service is slow and not very responsive, I would rate it a one. However, the food is pretty good and the manager even thanked us for waiting for our order. Aside from that, the place has a nice vibe and is kept clean and tidy.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The villa is pretty comfy and everything is new and clean. The bedrooms are a bit small. The pool is big enough for everyone. There are lots of waiters who are always busy but they don't know what's in many of the dishes. Breakfast is included in the price and we really like it. We tried to order something else from the menu but they could only make cheesecakes and we had to wait about an hour for them because they were serving breakfast. There's not much to do in the evening and there's nowhere to go for a walk because it's near a highway. There are TVs in the room but they only have one channel and the picture is so bad you can't watch it. There's an air conditioner on the second floor of the villa but it's in the hallway.

This is a great countryside spot that's easy to reach. We first visited a year ago and fell in love with it, spending most of our summer there. This year, we stayed in a cottage with an amazing view of the pool. The hotel is as good as any 5-star place. The houses are comfortable and new, the garden is nice, the food is yummy, and the staff is kind. We came on a weekend when it was full, but they remembered us and gave us some lawn chairs to sit on. This was even better for us, especially with a baby. The children's play area is great. Thanks for a good time at a fair price.

They have two swimming pools - one for little kids and one for older ones. They also have a playground, a big flag, lovely villas that you'd want to live in, a restaurant, a parking lot, and more.

We went to the restaurant and the food smell was really strong, like in a cafeteria. The place looked nice and clean though. The food was really bad, especially the warm veal salad we ordered. The salad wasn't fresh, the leaves were wilted and the meat was dry from being fried in sunflower oil. Even though it was supposed to be a warm salad, it was served cold. When I asked the waiter about it, he just said that's how they make it and apologized for taking 5 minutes to bring it out instead of 2 because the restaurant was busy. He didn't actually apologize for the bad food though. I won't go back to this restaurant and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't like stale food.
