Not bad

The experience was average. The sauna was tiny. The swimming pool was big enough, but it was very chilly, even though they said it would be warmer. We spent time in a big room that reminded us of a Jungle-themed decor, including dusty pillars. But overall, it wasn't too bad.

I think it's worth what I paid for, but the wi-fi doesn't work. The pool's water is too cold in winter, I wish it was warmer.

The place is disorganized, and the staff is impolite. It's dirty and in need of refurbishment. It seems like it hasn't been cleaned, with used contraceptives lying around.

Kids under 16 are not allowed unless there's an adult over 18 with them. They can only enter with an adult.

Bath is ALWAYS good!!!!

A great place to hang out with friends when the weather is not good.

We went on holiday on March 8, 2021. We were there from 4pm to 9pm. It was good. But we had a problem. My kid left a gold earring on a table in the rest room. I called them the next day to tell them we left it there. They told me that there was a different team working the day before. I asked them to check with that team. They said they would try. I spoke to the person from the previous shift, and she said the earring wasn't there. That was the end of it. They didn't find it. So, it's gone. They should clean up after people leave. So, don't leave anything valuable at this place. You won't get it back.

The price is okay, but the service isn't great. The website advertised a microwave, kettle, and hair dryer, but to use them you have to ask a staff member to do it for you in a separate room. Also, you have to get your hot water from them. The steam room is tiny, only fitting 4 people. We couldn't find the bathroom light, so it was always semi-dark. There aren't enough good chairs for everyone - only 4 are nice, the rest are stools. There are no dishes available, but we knew that beforehand. The pool doesn't have lights (even though it looked nice in the pictures on the website). The coat area is really small, too small for our group of 8 people. Also, one of the shifts is not very friendly.

Everything is great. There's warm mist, a large swimming area, and it's tidy and well-kept.

Great bathhouse. Prices are adequate.
