This is a four-star hotel. It's in a calm, peaceful area where you can go for walks and chill out. The hotel is designed to look like an old castle. The outside looks good. The hotel might be better off if they renovated the old water park a lot.

19 October 2021 pm31 15:02 This hotel is in a beautiful island setting which makes up for many of its issues. Even the big hole in the road at the entrance and not being able to dial the numbers on the website isn't such a big deal. As for the hotel itself: it's clean, breakfast is okay but nothing fancy, the furniture handles are falling off and the floor lamp next to the bed doesn't work.

24 August 2021 pm31 17:48 Great job! We stayed for one night during Independence Day celebrations. Two families stayed in a junior suite and a double room. We were really happy with the service - the manager Karina was very welcoming and kind. The location was peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and fresh air, and there was a swimming pool. The bed sheets were fresh, crisp and white. Everything was clean! The breakfast was really good too! We're looking forward to coming back!

24 August 2021 am31 10:50 It's a comfortable and peaceful place. It's often quite empty if you visit during the week. There's a lot of plants and it's really pretty. The restaurant food tastes great, and they might even have the tastiest fries in town. But, it's a bit pricey. The pool water is cool and clean. They now give out towels, and the sunbeds have mattresses. There's also a place to store your belongings. There's a new addition, a small pool on the upper level, where you can enjoy the sun for longer. We're happy with it.

1 August 2021 pm31 18:11 This is a calm and comfortable hotel in the middle of a park. It's a great place to get away from the busy city. You can also swim in their private pool for 250 UAH. Everything is beautifully decorated in an old-fashioned way. As soon as you enter, it feels like you're in a castle.

23 June 2021 pm30 12:19 This is a nice hotel if you want to be in the city but not in the city centre. It's part of a larger building. The rooms are comfortable and big. The food is tasty. However, the internet signal is weak. But, if you want a break from the busy city, this is a great place.

But there were some issues - the hamam was too hot with no way to control the steam, the shower head was broken, the water didn't drain properly, and the restaurant was closed on holidays so we couldn't order tea or drinks.
