I called the main number listed on their website and was shocked by the rude way the person in charge spoke to me. The person used slang, spoke loudly, and wouldn't tell me how much it costs to rent a room. All of this made me feel that I should not do business with them!

The internet in the room was almost non-existent and the cell phone service was poor. The room also had an unpleasant smell. They had a kettle available but they forgot to include tea, coffee, or a spoon. The only good thing was the hotel's location.

This is a four-star hotel. It's in a calm, peaceful area where you can go for walks and chill out. The hotel is designed to look like an old castle. The outside looks good. The hotel might be better off if they renovated the old water park a lot.

We followed directions and ended up in a parking lot with no clear signs. We then found ourselves at a garbage dump, which turned out to be a farmyard. We were only let through the gate at 22.01 after arguing, even though we had already booked rooms. The receptionist wrongly said we were weird. The bathroom water was a weird green-brown color. There was a kettle in the room, but no spoon. When we asked for one, we were ignored. It was nearly impossible to reach the reception from our room because they wouldn't answer the phone. Also, there was a cat in the restaurant that kept rubbing against our legs. We left a day early because of these issues.

I haven't been inside. The outside is great.

The room is basic but cozy. The breakfast isn't great. The hotel has a big, nice area around it, but the road to get there is really rough and full of holes.

This hotel is in a beautiful island setting which makes up for many of its issues. Even the big hole in the road at the entrance and not being able to dial the numbers on the website isn't such a big deal. As for the hotel itself: it's clean, breakfast is okay but nothing fancy, the furniture handles are falling off and the floor lamp next to the bed doesn't work.

The place is comfortable, but it's not always tidy.

Everything is worn out and exhausted, including the workers.

I went to a banquet at this place. The building needs some serious maintenance and the service was poor. The weirdest part was that they gave us a spoon with our tea that was supposed to be in the gravy boat. The bathroom was really dark and they didn't even give us regular water glasses. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything here.

Great job! We stayed for one night during Independence Day celebrations. Two families stayed in a junior suite and a double room. We were really happy with the service - the manager Karina was very welcoming and kind. The location was peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and fresh air, and there was a swimming pool. The bed sheets were fresh, crisp and white. Everything was clean! The breakfast was really good too! We're looking forward to coming back!

The street leading to the hotel from Shevchenko street is in poor condition. The room doesn't seem very new or clean. There's a bit of a musty smell. The room isn't good at blocking out noise. Apart from these, everything else is fine.

It's okay, but there's always room for improvement and you have to keep working on it!

The help is really good, but the food isn't so good.

These people are just terrible. They've totally destroyed the park around them without a care. They've littered so much, half the forest smells like trash!

And don't get me started on the cars. They shouldn't be allowed in at all. The roads are in terrible shape, there's dust everywhere, and the poor little footbridge can barely handle the weight. It's hanging on by a thread. If they build a big, heavy-duty bridge, it would surely be the end of the surrounding nature.

To sum it up, they're completely wrecking this place where people come to relax, just to make some money for themselves.

It's a comfortable and peaceful place. It's often quite empty if you visit during the week. There's a lot of plants and it's really pretty. The restaurant food tastes great, and they might even have the tastiest fries in town. But, it's a bit pricey. The pool water is cool and clean. They now give out towels, and the sunbeds have mattresses. There's also a place to store your belongings. There's a new addition, a small pool on the upper level, where you can enjoy the sun for longer. We're happy with it.

This is a really good place to chill out and have fun. The food is yummy! Even though it's in the city, it doesn't feel like it. They've got bowling, pool, billiards... it's a no-brainer to choose this place!

You might be able to eat here, I haven't tried. But the swimming pool is really small.

This is a healthy spot in the town and it's really nice. They serve tasty food and there's also a swimming pool. The inside of the place is pretty, even though it's a little messy, but it doesn't ruin the overall look. We really enjoy it and love to visit!

I visited the Britannia pool this summer and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! It didn't meet my expectations at all. Here's why:

1. Price - The website said the cost was 250 UAH per adult, with kids under 5 free, including a sunbed. However, they made me pay for my 2-year-old as if they were an adult. They tried to justify it by saying the child would swim more than an adult. (Really???)

2. Payment - Their card payment system at the bar didn't work, and they didn't allow payments at the hotel either. Also, they didn't give a receipt even for cash payments.

3. Grounds - As I mentioned earlier, what I saw didn't match what they advertised.

This is a calm and comfortable hotel in the middle of a park. It's a great place to get away from the busy city. You can also swim in their private pool for 250 UAH. Everything is beautifully decorated in an old-fashioned way. As soon as you enter, it feels like you're in a castle.

We celebrated a graduation in Britain on 3.07.2021. Honestly, I don't recommend this place at all! The air conditioning didn't work, and we all started sweating 30 minutes after sitting down. Our kebab and potatoes were served cold, and the food overall wasn't great. The place was also poorly lit. The restaurant's gate was left open until I asked them to close it for the safety of our kids. But the worst part was at the end of the night. While we were out watching the sunrise, the staff started clearing our table even though it was only 4 am and we planned to stay and eat more.

We traveled from a different city and reserved two rooms. The manager told us they would be waiting for us. We arrived late at night and had let them know ahead of time. But everything was shut and nobody answered our calls (we tried 10 times). We had to quickly find another hotel at 4 in the morning. They should have told us earlier that they couldn't accommodate us, so we could have found another hotel.

This is a restaurant and hotel that will make you feel like you've gone back in time to the 90s.

It's a good spot, especially when it's hot. But, it's puzzling that they don't have a lot of things on the menu.

Awful! We planned to relax with our kids at the pool and we had even informed the staff the day before. But when we got there with our kids, we were told that the pool was closed for a private event and the staff had forgotten to tell us. This shows a complete lack of respect and care from the staff. We wasted our time and got stressed out. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Hi there! I wanted to talk about my experience at the Britannia restaurant... We had a graduation party there on 26.06.2021 in the Greek hall. To put it mildly, it was terrible. It was a disaster. The DJ came at 18:00 to set up his equipment. The staff told him to wait because they needed to clean the floor. After cleaning, they started setting up the equipment, but the floor was extremely wet, like they had just dumped water on it. By 22:00, the floor was still wet. So, when the guests arrived, it quickly got dirty. The dirt mixed with water. To top it off, the air conditioner wasn't working. Imagine how awful it was in a room that had been heating up all day with temperatures over 30 degrees.

I went on vacation with a big group of people. The first thing that upset me was the amount of trash everywhere...the yard was not taken care of, there were weeds by the window and ants in the bathroom. Be ready for the possibility that your room won't look like the one in the pictures.

Now, about the staff. I could write a whole post about them. The receptionists don't even say hi, and the waitress, Elena, is very rude. When we asked if we could join two tables together (since we were a big group), she said she wouldn't help us move tables. The menu prices also changed unexpectedly. On the first day, a glass of beer cost 60 UAH, but the next day it was 70.

At 10:00pm, everything shuts down as planned and a waiter comes over, hinting that it's time for us to clear our dishes and leave. We ended up pouring our drinks into throw-away cups.

This is a nice hotel if you want to be in the city but not in the city centre. It's part of a larger building. The rooms are comfortable and big. The food is tasty. However, the internet signal is weak. But, if you want a break from the busy city, this is a great place.

I've been here before and usually get a hamam. I like that it's close to my house and they've recently remodeled the hamam. However, every time I book, there are issues. Today, they messed up my order. I wanted a hamam and jacuzzi but they gave me a sauna and hamam instead. The jacuzzi wasn't even clean and ready for us. It had trash in it and rust around the edges. When I got the bill, they said I ordered a hamam and sauna. Please stop tricking your customers. We're happy to pay for good service. Right now, I can only give 3 stars. The manager tried to make it better by giving us free coffee, but I'm still upset.

The service was bad and disrespectful. It was unclean. Not nice at all. It was overpriced. In short, it was terrible.

The hotel and restaurant staff were really bad. We've never seen anything this terrible. I wouldn't suggest going there.

Hey there. Don't stay at this hotel if you're reading this review.

We picked this hotel because we were a big group of 8 adults and 2 kids and didn't want to leave the city. Plus, it wasn't too expensive, so we thought it would be a good choice for a holiday.

But the pictures online are nothing like the real thing. The place is in bad shape, there's construction junk everywhere, and a dusty, dirty kids' trampoline was just dumped in a corner. The view from our rooms was just a garbage dump behind the hotel. Lots of stuff in the rooms was broken, and the room keys were all different - some were magnetic, some were regular keys. And the locks didn't work in all the rooms. When we were leaving, the lady at the front desk insisted loudly that this couldn't be true, because the lights wouldn't work without a magnetic key.

This is a peaceful place with kind workers. The person in charge, Natalie, deserves extra thanks. Everything is great!

The workers weren't wearing masks, they weren't nice and they were always late. It was really hard to get towels. The bar wasn't good at all. The room and bathroom were dirty and had mold. There were wires coming out from places they shouldn't be and it wasn't a welcoming place.

This place is gross and the owner is rude, stuck in the past like it's still the 90s.

The place is really nice. It's a good location for holiday parties. But, your mobile phone might not get good signal there.

We celebrated graduation here and the food was great, everything looked good. But the big problem was the rude staff. I know it's hard to work all night and serve people, but that's their job. It's not okay to be rude to customers.

This is a super spot for parties or family trips. I've been there a few times for celebrations. I had a lot of fun. The staff are friendly. The main hall is really light and airy, and the stage is impressively large.

Didn't expect... It's a very beautiful place!
