The manager seems to be unreasonable. I called to play pool and was shocked that it costs 70 grn per hour in Novomoskovsk. She then said it's 200 grn, which was fine because I didn't want to go anywhere else. She also said they close at 9 pm, but their website says 11 pm. I asked if we could play until 10 pm and then leave, she asked me to call back in five minutes. But then she didn't answer the phone, which was really frustrating. Aquarius, you need to change your staff soon or your business will suffer.

20 November 2023 pm30 21:09 We really enjoyed the hotel. We stayed in individual cottages and also just visited for the day. The location, pool, and service were all fantastic. They did a great job cleaning the room and the barbecue grill. The breakfasts were also good. However, the older woman who works as an administrator can ruin the whole experience. She always refuses to accept card payments. Be careful if you pay in cash, because there was a time when she charged us more than necessary and we couldn't prove it. She's the only bad staff member and can ruin the whole experience. After reading other reviews, I see that many people have complained about the same administrator.

14 August 2023 pm31 15:02 I really liked everything about this place. The area, swimming pool, staff, atmosphere, and all the workers were great. They let you relax and do whatever you want. The cottages are amazing, super comfortable, better than my own home. I think everyone should check this out! Thanks for the great vacation. The staff is very attentive and quick to respond to any needs, which I appreciated.

Most of the staff are young. There's an older woman who works as an administrator and she's a bit odd. The pool and its surroundings are fine.

The food was tasty and they had a wide variety of dishes, so even picky eaters could find something they liked. The place is spacious and pretty, providing enough space for guests to mingle and take pictures. The manager, Natalia, was very helpful and made sure all our requests were met. The pool was also really nice. It's a good place to visit just to chill out.

The place isn't big, but it's really pretty and well-kept. It's peaceful with birds singing, just what we needed to escape the city noise. The hills were awesome, both kids and adults had fun and liked it a lot! We'll surely visit again!

17 July 2021 am31 09:46 Went on a trip using a discount voucher. Just went to a water park. The pool is good and warm. There are a few slides. There's a special area for kids aged 3, 4, 5 years. There's an outdoor shower. The toilets and changing rooms are clean.
The only problem is the food. It's really expensive and there isn't much choice. We went on a Monday and there were no desserts or ice cream. We struggled to find something to order. I wanted to use the voucher to order, but I had to buy two of the same cocktails. I could have ordered a laguna cocktail, but I had to buy 2 and I didn't want two. I asked if I could swap one for a cheaper lemonade, but the lady said no.
I'm also not happy about the difference between the food shown in the voucher photo and what we actually got. Can't you do something about this?
Despite this, we'll visit again because we have 3 more trips left.

15 April 2021 pm30 12:37 We had an anniversary party at the "Aquarius" guest house yesterday. Me and my guests were really happy! We stayed in a 4-bed room and used the Carpathian vat. The cleaner, security guard, and grill master were all very friendly and nice. The security guard helped us heat up coals for a hookah at 10pm, which we were really grateful for. The cleaner brought us blankets in the evening when we were sitting in the pavilion and it got a bit chilly. They served breakfast in our room. I wish the manager was a bit more helpful but overall, everyone enjoyed their stay! We'll definitely come back.

23 March 2021 am31 07:24 It's a snug little place with a pool and slides. The houses are too close together though. It's not great for a countryside break, but it's good for a day trip to the pool or a celebration at the cafe. The food is good and the workers are nice.
