Bath "Berloga" №1862

I'm really happy I picked this banquet hall for my wedding. The prices were fair and they had a solution for whether it might rain on our wedding day. They also figured out a problem we had with the cake. The staff at "Berloga" really looked after us. A big thanks to them. Everything was clean and the food was good. Talking with the decorators, host, DJ, and the video and photo people was great. Overall, it's a good place with reasonable prices.

We had our office party here. The food was really good, I enjoyed every meal!

The room was very cold, especially since it was -13°C outside.

I'm writing a review about the banquet service at the den. It was terrible. The staff didn't seem to care about the customers at all. When I tried to book the banquet, the waiter didn't want to take the order. They didn't know how much it would cost and couldn't explain how many servings we'd get. They didn't even tell us what we should order.

At the banquet, the same waiter was very rude. When we asked if there was more meat or if what they served was it, they told us to weigh it ourselves! They also mixed up the meat, calling pork, veal.

They didn't even know that they didn't sell champagne and wine by the glass.

Plus, the room where the banquet was held was freezing cold!

A good place to spend the holidays!?

Disgusting food and service .

I had to go to the Berloga complex again and had a bad experience for the second time. The first time, I had lunch at the restaurant and felt like the staff didn't care. The food was poor, the portions were too small, and the plates were dirty. The second time, I stayed at the hotel and it was also very messy. The rooms were not cleaned properly, there was hair on the bed, the toilet was dirty, and there was no soap. I had to ask the front desk three times to change the bed and provide soap. The lighting in the room was also very poor. I appreciated that they apologized and changed the bed. However, overall, it was a terrible place and I wouldn't recommend it.

Good food, nice atmosphere

Very beautiful territory, there is a swimming pool.

The bathhouse is really good and it's not expensive. I suggest you try it.

The hotel-restaurant is in a handy spot - around the edge of Kharkov city. People just passing through can stay here. On Sundays, it gets quite busy. Roads to Sortivka and Bald Mountain start from here. From the outside, it looks good, but I'm not sure about the service inside yet.

The food is nice but the service isn't great. The room has a nice vibe but the lighting isn't good. It's fine for casual meetings, but not the best choice for big events.

This is a stylish venue with individual pavilions and rooms, decorated in an old-fashioned style. The waitstaff are fun and friendly. It's perfect for events like weddings and banquets, offering a wide variety of dishes.

This is a fantastic spot for parties or just for eating out. They also have rooms to stay in. The outdoor seating next to the pine trees is really cool. Their grill is excellent.

We stayed for two nights. We couldn't find better places during the holiday.

Right after we arrived, we knew we'd only stay here to sleep.

Good points: The place is pretty green and comfortable. Rooms were clean. Check-in and check-out were quick.

Bad points: The staff. They might tell you on the phone that they can give you two beds, but then they can't. Also, the manager may check your group size when you arrive. They act like you owe them something, not the other way around.

The staff here aren't very hospitable.

You need to hire more staff during busy hours, especially when you know it's going to be crowded! The waitresses seemed unhappy and their actions were abrupt. I never got the cappuccino I ordered for the entire night. They said it was because there was a wedding going on!

For some reason, they won't let you use your room towels in the pool. You have to pay 50 UAH to rent one, even though the front desk says it's only 25 UAH.

We planned to spend the weekend relaxing by the pool. I called ahead and was told that sunbeds couldn't be reserved but could be available around 10 am. They suggested we arrive at 10:15 to secure a spot. That conversation happened on Tuesday and we arrived on Sunday at 10:10.

A woman, maybe the manager, said the pool was full. However, I could see it was empty. I reminded her about our phone call and she denied ever saying that.

She should have suggested that we call closer to the time to confirm if we could use the pool or not.

Really bad: it's not clean, no one talks or explains anything, even the wi-fi is terrible. The people in charge don't seem to bother about anything, and the water doesn't work properly.

If you're okay with old-school places, you might like this one. The service is slow, it takes an hour for coffee and two hours for eggs, and that's not a joke. The food selection is limited, it doesn't taste good, and the servings are small. The prices are really high. A small bottle of water costs 44 UAH at the bar and a regular beer is over 70 UAH. The bathrooms are dirty and lack soap, towels, and toilet paper. The waitstaff all wear different clothes, so it's hard to tell who's a waiter. The swimming pool is very small. You can only order food starting at 10 am. Some menu items are not available. This place seems to cater to people who don't care much about good service.

I stayed here for a planned event.

The hotel: The room was small, comfortable, and clean. But that's where the good parts stop. There was no hot water, and the water pressure was low. The Wi-Fi didn't work. There weren't any other comforts, so it's really just a place to sleep for the night.

The food: It was really bland. I ordered food twice, and both times it had too much or too little salt, and too much pepper. So I had to start ordering food from outside.

The staff: They were some of the best service team members I've seen in Ukraine. More on that later.

The cleaners: They did a good job, the room was clean. I have no complaints about them.

The waiters: I had to wait two hours in the morning for eggs and coffee. It was the same in the evening. I had to first place an order, then try to find the waiter and get my order.

It's a nice spot. The food is okay but the service isn't great. You end up waiting a long time for your orders.

This is a good choice for parties because of how they set things up.

Pretty good food! Everything is quick, okay and delicious.

Great hotel, it's comfortable and quiet. You can't really hear noise from outside. It totally lives up to its name. I'd be happy to go back!
