It was annoying to have to pay for water in the room when most hotels provide it for free, separate from the mini-bar. The breakfast situation was confusing. We weren't allowed at the buffet and were directed to a tiny room with only six tables. All tables were already occupied and we had to share with strangers, which was awkward for everyone. We had to wait for the waiter to come over before we could start eating. The breakfast experience was uncomfortable and we decided not to do it again. No one told us at the front desk that breakfast was served in the main restaurant, not the hotel restaurant. We didn't even bring our coats when we left the room because of this misunderstanding. The hotel's carpets had unpleasant orange stains.

We took a family trip over the weekend to the Sobby Club complex, a place recommended by our friends. We travelled from the Chernigov region on a certain day. When we got there, we were told that there was no electricity in the entire Vyshgorodsky area. The complex was running on a generator, so they couldn't prepare half of the food on the menu. In the spa, the pool and sauna were working, but the hydromassage pool was not. The manager didn't seem to care about our complaints. They didn't offer us a discount or any form of compensation for the inconvenience. We were disappointed with the experience and won't be going back.

We went on vacation from 04-06.08. The check-in process was fast and our room was clean, which we liked. The hotel is small and it's situated in a pine forest. Our room included breakfast but it was quite basic and the same every day. We also had access to a 50 m pool, but the water was dirty and had a bad smell. The area around the pool was nice though. It was disappointing that hotel guests didn't have a separate entrance to the pool. We had to wait in a long line and it wasn't guaranteed that we'd get a spot. There were too many loud kids at the main pool, so we decided to go to the premium area. But we had to pay the full price, even though our rate included the main pool. We wished we could have gotten a discount.

I'm sure again that the only reason you're not getting bad feedback is because many people don't have the chance to take a vacation. Your place has gone from being a nice country resort to a real mess:
- It wasn't fun to spend the whole day walking on muddy, sandy ground around the pool.
- The changing rooms were never cleaned while we were there.

I really enjoyed my stay from August 5 to 7, 2023. The rooms are alright, not the newest but they're comfy. The food at the restaurant is really good. There's a big 50-meter pool that's not too crowded, especially on weekdays and in the mornings. There's also a smaller pool for little kids and two VIP pools for people over 15. The surrounding nature is beautiful with pine trees and a lake. There are even stables with wonderful horses. The spa has a pool, saunas, and a jacuzzi and it's usually not crowded in the summer. The staff was really nice and helpful. I can't think of anything I didn't like, just a few small issues with the staff sometimes. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation.

I got to the pool at 9:40 am on June 19th and was the first one in the high-end section. I chose a double sunbed, number 30. But at 11:30, someone came up to me and said that this sunbed was already reserved. I don't know who booked it or when. Please keep track of your bookings because I don't come here to keep moving from one sunbed to another.

I want to say thanks to the Sobi Club team for a great holiday, amazing service, and a memorable time! The room is neat, big, and comfy. It has all the stuff you need to chill and feel good. The whole place is really green and has clean air because of the trees around, which you don't get in a big city. If you're worn out and need some down time, I suggest you check out this place, you won't be disappointed!!!!

This is a good spot for a short vacation. You can visit for a day and chill by the pool, or you can stay longer by renting a room or a small house. The kids' area is great. It has different pools, including a fun water park and some shallow warm pools. There's also a playground. The spa area allows you to relax quietly. The food is decent.

Spa review with indoor pool. Loved every part of it. We went on Christmas weekend and even though there were many people, it wasn't stressful. We could easily use the steam room and Jacuzzi. It's great that they provide towels and robes. It's a good place to chill out and refresh. Would suggest it.

I strongly recommend that nobody should ever visit this terrible place!

Hello everyone, I'm very fond of baths. Been not a lot of places, but last time I stopped at the baths, because it is very cool. Friends recommended this complex and it is 10/10. It's the best bathhouse I've been to, the staff is also top.

In a word, if you want to cool pochilil, enjoy all the privileges of country vacation, you have found the right place. By the way, pay attention to the bathhouse itself. And how cool it is to lie in it. Guys, thank you.

Were with friends in the bathhouse, on my recommendation, before that I and my family periodically visit the SPA complex, the complex is good recommend.
So here is about the bathhouse - a wooden log cabin, bathhouse (fits 10 people, comfortably 6) swimming pool, barrel with herbs, fireplace. On the second floor beds with hay. We ordered a samovar with dry goods.
Tea was delicious).
Bath soft, pleasant, but there are 2 moments that directly surprised:
1. The staff offered to steam brooms and asked you our take or you have your own, we say we are with theirs, the answer - well, then steam yourself☹?
2. We ordered a samovar with rusks, brought out a samovar and 5 cups, I say we booked the bath for 5 hours for 10 people, organize another 5 cups.
The answer - we have no more, please contact the restaurant, one bath offered generously even his cup with which something there drank)). In general, I call the restaurant, I tell them, the answer - we give out dishes/serving only after the order in the restaurant, we can not help call the administrator))), I call the administrator, says ok wait. In general, the struggle for the right to drink tea +- took more than 30 minutes.
Bottom line, if not for these 2 absurd moments would put 5, and so 3, but the banya excellent. Next time we will come to you with our own cups)))).

We booked a cabin in November. We really liked it - it was clean, new, cozy and well-designed. There were six of us and everyone had their own separate area with a bathroom and shower.

Whatever we requested from the front desk (like hookah, towels, dishes, etc.) was provided without any issue.

I've seen some negative comments about the spa and restaurant, but we didn't go to these places, so I can't comment on that.

I had a bad feeling and experience when I visited this place. I should have known something was wrong when I had to call three times just to book a room because no one was answering or returning my calls. When I checked in, they asked for a cash deposit, which I'd never seen before.

They suggested we go to the spa because there was a 30% discount for guests. But when we got there, we found out the discount only worked until noon. I thought maybe they just forgot to mention that.

I really enjoyed this place. It's clean and well-kept. The workers listen and respond well to what you need. The only downside was setting up the TV in the room. I needed help from an expert.

Hello, we really like this place! Last summer, my kid lost a gold earring with enamel in the pool. Sadly, we never found it. But, I was thinking, maybe you cleaned the pools for winter and found it. We would be so thankful. The earring looked like this.

This is a pretty good country club. It has lodges, a hotel, a spa, and a decent place to eat. The houses look good, but the furniture and lights don't really fit the inside look. The hot tubs in the spa are okay, but some of the water jets aren't working. Overall, it's not bad.

This place is really good! It's worth paying extra for the special pool for a break from noisy kids and a good swim. The small houses are nice as well. The downside is the food service - it's not good to order food here because the waiter takes a long time to come to you and also to bring the food. The food portions are too small for the price. But other than that, the surroundings and the water are really good, I'd like to visit again.

The dog was running around outside the restaurant and peeing on the sofas. One guest, who seemed to have some mental issues, picked up a cat that was sitting by the window and threw it at the dog. The dog almost ripped the cat apart.

The waiter said the dog belonged to the owner.

This treatment of animals ruined the good experience I had at your place. I hope you'll notice this and take better care of the animals living in your area.

I've visited this place several times over different years, including a recent trip. The area is well-kept and has a large, free playground for kids that includes a trampoline and inflatable slide. There are several pool areas with varying levels of comfort and cost. The food is excellent, tasty, and prepared quickly. The service is great - the staff is very helpful. Once, our child got a bit wet and without us having to ask, the manager quickly helped out by picking up our things and sending them to the laundry. By the time we finished dinner, they had already returned our dry clothes. I've always really enjoyed this place and would recommend it.

The complex is clean and has many houses that can accommodate families or large groups for a break. We went there in October and there weren't many people.

My friend and I tried the "Royal Care" service. It's a 3-hour session that includes various treatments and massages. I enjoyed them but felt that they lasted too long and became boring towards the end. It would be better if each massage was shorter (and cheaper).

I didn't like the phone service. We had to wait a long time for a callback and it wasn't clear what extra services we could add to our package. However, the staff were nice and helpful when we arrived at the complex.

Everything is awesome, luxurious and high-end. It's totally worth it.

I really like this place for a holiday! The best part is that there's something for everyone to enjoy. There's a great area for kids with playgrounds, slides, and a pool. For adults, there's a spa, a place to eat, huts and shelters. Everything is neat and pretty! Plus, the nature and views are awesome!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this place and stayed in a room called "Sobi wanted." I suggest everyone should try it. The rooms are new, modern, trendy, and comfy. We stayed in a family room that had a living room and a bedroom. The big 2.40 bed was really impressive. We had a great time.

The spa was pretty good, and that's the main reason we stayed. It helped us relax and enjoy the different baths. They have 8 different baths. We really liked the Old Slavic and salt baths, and also the contrasting foot pool. It gives energy and relaxes at the same time. They also have a huge swimming pool. If you want to have a good time, I suggest this place.

The atmosphere was great. I would rate the restaurant four out of five. Thanks!

It's a good spot. The big indoor pool for winter is finally working. However, the most popular whirlpool is currently closed for repairs. There are only two Jacuzzis, one is broken and the other is no longer part of the spa package. If you don't get a pool package, you can't use the Jacuzzi anymore. And now there's only one Jacuzzi for everyone. I thought they would add more Jacuzzis when the pool opened, but they haven't. If you come in the morning, like at 9, it can be cold and the steam isn't great. The Finnish bath is around 47 degrees and hardly works, people were complaining about it in the morning. The Russian bath is a bit warmer in the morning, but you only start to feel warm on the top bench after about half an hour.

Stay away from this place if you care about your health and safety!

On 14/09, I had to waste several hours trying to speak to the Spa Director. After talking for 15 minutes, it was clear that the spa doesn't care if someone falls - all they care about is money. The Director, Nelya, said that the steps weren't broken and that it was my mom's fault for falling. Is that even acceptable? The cleaner should have been cleaning the steps to prevent such incidents, but she was on her phone instead. A spa like this can't even invest in a simple caution sign to indicate that the floor is slippery.

Director Nelya refused to give a refund for the spa package.

This is a nice spot for a holiday. There are plenty of areas to enjoy yourself. The swimming pools are good. It's not low priced.

I want to say thank you to your restaurant and venue. We had a wedding party for 40 people in the Panorama Hall.

This place is in a lovely pine forest and is very cozy. They've put a lot of thought into it, with sun beds that you can move wherever you want. There are also changing rooms, showers, and toilets. However, the restaurant is disappointing and people are allowed to smoke anywhere. Some of the people there aren't very nice.

We're really grateful to the tennis coaches for the classes that our girls really enjoy attending. Vladimir, you've quickly made the girls fall in love with the game! We're very thankful for that. Wishing everyone success and good luck!

This is a fantastic spot for a holiday, good for kids of all ages. The staff are helpful and don't bother you too much. The space is big and well looked after. I suggest this place if you want to relax comfortably.

This is a great place with a pool. It's not a fancy eating place, but all the food is delicious and good for you. The chicken skewers and beef ribs are really good.

1. When we arrived, we were led to the sunbeds which were all set up. We could place them wherever we wanted.
2. The guys at the bar were really friendly and always smiling. The coffee was just okay.
3. Victor, who served us in the premium area, was very nice and had a great smile.
4. There weren't many people when we visited so it was really comfortable.
5. The food was decent.
6. We brought water and fruit. No one checked our bags, so you can bring whatever you want.
7. The cost for the premium area is 900 on weekends, coffee is between 60-80 hryvnias, and food costs 600 UAH.
The place is awesome, has beautiful nature, and the staff is very friendly. I recommend it.

The service was awful! I booked and paid for a room in advance, specifying that I wanted a third-floor room with a view of the property. They confirmed this and charged my card. But when we arrived, we were given a second-floor room overlooking a car park and power lines, with a horrible smell of sewage from the street!

There were no apologies or compensation, just a receptionist telling us there were no other rooms available. We decided to stay because we didn't want to disappoint our child, who was excited about the trip. But the hotel's lack of consideration for its guests, especially considering its high prices, was really disappointing.

To top it all off, they charged extra for pool access even if you were staying at the hotel. They should just include this in the room rate.

This place is much better than Osokor. It's cozier, has many red-themed areas, and is quite spacious. Plus, the prices are reasonable and not confusing!

There were a lot of people, but we still enjoyed our holiday. The restaurant charged too much for fish and seafood, but everything else was okay.

Everything is really good! It's in a nice spot outside of the city, in a beautiful pine forest, so it's very quiet. There's a lot of room so you can find a sunny or shady spot easily. The only downside is that kids under 15 can't use all the pools. My daughter, even though she's tall for her age, is only 14.5 years old. So, she had to swim in a different pool and was jealous of everyone else. They should let them swim with adult supervision at least!

I really like this spot. I've been here for parties and also just to chill out. It's a neat countryside spot. I'm planning to use the sports courts, it only costs 250 UAH for an hour which is pretty cheap.

Sauna #3. The pool water is unclean and could give you an eye infection. The pool steps are broken and you might slip and fall when your feet are wet. The pool and table soccer games look like they were picked up from a junkyard. The toilet's light switch is hidden under the carpet, so it was hard to find. The place is located near a high-voltage power line in a clean area, but it's risky to get closer than 100 meters because of a strong magnetic field. Overall, it looks like it used to be fancy. It's a shame though, because the location and the place itself have a lot of potential!

The place is okay but a bit pricey. It's annoying that they don't mention that they close at 8 pm on their price list. They kick you out at that time, even if you arrive at 7:30 pm. They don't even give you a heads up about their closing time. So, I ended up paying 700 UAH just for 30 minutes.

There were a lot of people there, even on normal days. The place was pretty, with lots of pine trees and cool spots which was nice even when it was really hot. But, we had to wait for our pasta at the restaurant for a long time. Also, I was shocked to see trash in the kids' pools in the middle of the day.

This is a good place where you can enjoy yourself. It has a few pools for kids, one for adults, and an area where kids aren't allowed.

On the downside:
- There are no servers near the pool. If you need anything, you need to walk to the cafe.
- Pine tree branches fall into the pool, which makes it less enjoyable to swim in by the end of the day (especially the kids' pools).

We visited the Sobi club with our kid from August 12 to 15, 2021 and stayed in their hotel. The room was spacious and new. Our child had their own sofa to sleep on. The bed was really big, about 3 meters long - it was as big as two half-beds put together. The room had a view of the forest and the road. There was also a wine shop in the building. Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed, but we enjoyed relaxing with a glass of sparkling wine or a cocktail. The room service and restaurant were fine. The food prices were a bit high. For instance, an Americano with milk cost 64 UAH. The pools and the grounds were clean and well-maintained.

We had a business event at the club. It all went good. The workers are careful, quick to answer requests, and can adapt easily. The place is big and has lots of green spaces. It has many swimming pools and you can get to the water. It has all you need for fun activities.

This place is awesome! Even though it gets crowded on weekends, the smart arrangement of sunbeds and pools amongst the pine trees makes it feel less packed. There are two pools for adults (a regular one and a VIP one) and three for kids. One of the kid's pools has slides for older children and the other two are for younger kids. The service is good - they quickly replace wet towels with clean ones and the staff are polite and respectful to guests. You get great value for your money considering the quality of the holiday you get.

Booking was easy and the staff were polite. They found us when we got lost. The place is big and clean. The pool is also big with plenty of sun beds. It's a good place for kids to play in the water. The premium area is less crowded.

The service has gotten really bad over the last 2 years. Plus, the cost of everything has risen by 30-40% since the end of 2019. The prices are way too high and don't make sense. For example, they charge 6000 UAH for just 3 hours in the bath, which is way too much. Also, the quality is not good. If you get a massage, they don't tell you that the bath time keeps going. So, you end up paying more, not just for the massage, but also for extra bath time. And they charge by the hour!

This is a nice place to chill by the pool. The cost is okay, especially if you come during the week. There are lots of pools to pick from. We recommend getting the premium package and booking your table ahead of time using the app. If you book when you get there, you'll end up with sunbeds on the grass, not in the front row. The service at the pool is good.

The food, however, isn't great. We ordered pasta and grilled pita to our sunbeds but everything was cold. The pasta was like something you'd give to a kid. The serving size was small and it didn't really taste like anything. You're probably better off eating at a proper restaurant, although we're not sure if the food is any better there.

I was really unhappy with the bad service and the dirty restaurant. The food is priced like it's from a nice place, but it tastes awful! They charged 1500grn in the VIP area for 2 sun loungers, which is way too much, especially since you might end up lying on the grass far from the pool because it's so crowded. It's almost impossible to get a sun lounger right by the pool. The toilets and changing rooms don't match the high prices either. I've been to lots of beach clubs in Kiev and this one is one of the worst ones for the price. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I rated it average last year due to poor service. This year, it's excellent. The workers really put in effort. They assist with heavy luggage from the front door, help move it, give directions, suggest and arrange things in a better way. I'm happy with them!
