The bad part is that the rooms are very wet. I had to check a few rooms to find one that didn't smell bad. The rooms with Jacuzzi had a lot of dirt and were also very wet. They charged as much as a VIP room but the quality was poor. I chose a room for 1700 and it was better than the one for 3000.
The pool and spa aren't for kids. If you have young kids, they won't have anything to do.
The restaurant food is okay. Some dishes are tasty, some aren't good at all.
I wish the staff was more attentive and fast, but the waiters don't hurry.
I liked the place overall. But I was really surprised when I first saw the bathroom and changing room. You can tell that the sauna is old, and the Turkish bath is pretty basic. I usually go to Admiral, where everything is fancy. But some of the spa features at Admiral are broken and they just hide them with decorations and act like they were never there. So, I wanted to try something new. Plus, the price difference is so big that I can't really complain: it's 350 UAH for half a day here, and about 2000 UAH for a full day at Admiral. So, considering the price, I can't complain. I actually liked the spa treatments. I felt great after the steam bath and bath.
The hotel. The room is nice and clean. I didn't check for dust under the furniture or bed, but everything seems to be working and tidy.
Lastly, I want to highlight a big positive. The food. The food is wonderful, almost everything we ordered (and we ordered a lot) was excellent. Feel free to try anything on the menu (although the potatoes with mushrooms are a bit oily) - you'll enjoy it! Hats off to the chef.
You can choose between paid and free breakfast. The free option includes a croissant with chinka, scrambled eggs, chicken fillet, and beans. It was yummy and filling. They also serve tea and toast with butter for breakfast.
We visited the spa in the evening and the prices were reasonable. As a pregnant woman, I only used the pool and jacuzzi.
The place is really nice and clean. There's covered parking available. They offer a variety of services like spa massages and other self-care treatments. The rooms are cozy and the staff is friendly. Their food is amazing and really delicious. You even have the option to order food online and wait for it in your room instead of dining in.
Cons:
There's no soundproofing. You can hear your neighbors' conversations and activities, like I could hear a child's tantrums in the evening and their early morning playtime. The bathroom design isn't great - when you shower, water spills onto the floor and the toilet is too close by. The dining area is too small to be considered a restaurant and feels more like a beer hall.

- The website said there was a discount for hotel guests at the spa, but there wasn't.
- The spa used to be open all day, now it's only open for three hours.
- The hammam was cold and there was no steam.
- It was closed for 40 minutes for a private session. Then when we got in, we had to leave again for another 15 minutes. But they said they would give us extra time.
- The room with the pool and jacuzzi was cold at 23 degrees with open doors and windows. It was drafty. We asked them to close the doors and windows but they only did for a little while.
The food was really good.
We had lunch and dinner and the chef did a great job.

The prices were okay. But the whole spa is right next to a construction site and a service station, and there's no fence!
The bar was a bit confusing. When we tried to pay for our order, they couldn't figure out what we ordered or how much we owed!

Every Standard room has a bed that can be taken apart and put together. These beds are held together with fasteners and covered with a single mattress cover. We've told our staff that they should always inform guests who need a single bed about this. We appreciate your feedback about our weaknesses, it helps us do better.

Hello! We're really sorry that you missed out on seeing the Vyshgorod region. The national park of Mezhyhirya is just a 10-minute drive from our hotel, and the Kyiv Sea is even closer. You can rent electric scooters, bikes, and mopeds at our hotel for your convenience. We also arrange tours to places like Mezhyhirya, the Sukholuchia hunting ground, and Solomakhino Ranch equestrian club. There's a motor ship called Rezon that sails along the seafront daily, and you can either take a leisurely walk by the sea or go on a lock excursion. This tour takes you through a gateway connecting the Dnipro River and the Kyiv Reservoir where you can see how the hydraulic structure works to balance the water level in both bodies of water, enabling shipping routes to function.

Good things include: yummy big breakfasts, awesome coffee, and it's really close to a place where you can charge electric cars. The staff can speak English, which is helpful.
Some things they could improve: they need to fix the shower - it really needs at least a tray. And maybe they could add air conditioning in the future (or a mosquito net, because it gets hot in the summer and mosquitoes come in through the open window).
If you're hoping for a nice view from the window, you might be disappointed because there's a construction site nearby. But that's not the hotel's fault, they can't control that.
Overall, it's pretty good. I recommend it.

Every room has a unit that can cool the room in summer and warm it in winter. Plus, all the floors in the building have a special system that can cool (in summer) or heat (in winter). This is a green and effective method. If the room's cooling system wasn't working right, please tell the front desk next time. The hotel staff will help with any issues about your comfort. The hotel management will take steps to prevent this problem and will pay more attention to getting the room ready for guests!
