Thanks for your review and taking the time to write it. We actually have more sunbeds here than you said. It's true, we don't reserve sunbeds. And yes, all of them were taken in the morning. Our manager makes sure we don't let in more guests than we can handle. You were given the option to sit on a couch until a sunbed was free, an option other guests took advantage of.
We complained to the manager, but they were unhelpful, claiming this has never happened before, even though we had the same issue a year ago. They said they could create a pool outside for us in 20 minutes as a replacement for the indoor pool, but nobody even attempted to do it.

- There was a nice pool, both heated and unheated options.
- The food was yummy.
- The location was cool and not too far from the city.
But there were also bad things:
- The staff was rude, especially the young guy at the bar. He didn't help me at all.
- The person in charge was really rude too. As soon as I relaxed, I had to go to the reception again.
- There were way too many flies everywhere and no way to get rid of them. I can't believe this is happening in this day and age.
- The toilets were old and needed fixing.
- After swimming in the pool, I started itching for some reason.
