We paid 500 UAH per hour to use a bathhouse for 8 people. The floor was super slippery and there wasn't even a rug to stop us from slipping. Our fun was ruined when the manager told us to turn down the music and keep quiet. There was no drain for the water and they didn't give us a broom or even mention it when we booked. They also didn't have any hats when we asked. There are cheaper places that are much better with nicer staff. I wouldn't suggest going here!

The staff always finds something to complain about. I've visited you multiple times and every time the front desk person had an issue. They said we didn't clean our slippers or used up all the hot water. It felt like we were supposed to bring our own hot water from home.

If today was a business, we would have totally enjoyed it. The outside area had a nice design and the mood was good. The staff was really careful and the food was great (we ordered a lot) and it came quickly. We particularly want to thank our server Dana.

We really enjoyed your sauna. We visited a few days ago. It was tidy and the staff was nice. The pool was also clean. We had a lot of fun! We'll definitely visit again.

This place is fantastic! Seriously, you should visit and see for yourself. Just a heads up, if you don't bring your own broom, you might not get one as they are reserved for very important people. Also, you can't smoke or spill beer in there. If you do, you could be fined 500gr or they might call security or even the police. Be careful with your belongings too, because they might take them if you leave them unattended. We even have a video showing what happened to us.

Hello Lyubov Maslova. We only allow brooms to be used in the big sauna, no matter if you're a VIP or not. Also, it's not safe to pour beer on the electric fireplace, so we don't allow it. To prevent us from having to call security or the police, please make sure you're not too drunk and that you behave properly. Wish you well!
