It could be improved. There are a few issues.

We were very unhappy! It was -12 outside and the heating was off which made the common room very cold. When we asked for the heating to be turned on, the person in charge argued with us. They tried using the air conditioner which also blew cold air even when set to +30. They then suggested we open the sauna door. The worst part was there was no hot water! We couldn't even shower after using the pool. There were also a lot of dry leaves in the sauna from previous guests. We were very let down by the cleanliness and service, especially considering you can get much better for the same price!
